Air Disaster Vol 3 by Macarthur Job. Mac Job is a former australian air safety investigator that has a talent for exploring the issues behind accidents and communicating them to us.
Chapter 1 deals with the AirFrance A320 in 1988. Interestingly on that occasion the engines spooled up as commanded, in fact faster than manufacturer data.
It is an interesting read. I recommend it to you!
