Could NCL even handle daily flights with a 777 can one fit on stand 9 for the airbridge?
Yes NCL can handle 777 movements. To accommodate a 777 on Pier the aircraft would have to park on stand 30. Which is basically another centre line running down stand 9 but just a bit further to the south of the present stand 9 centre line. Stand 9 is equipped with 2 APIS's, 1 for stand 9 and the other for stand 30. So yes the airbridge can fit on to a 777, and a 747 which was demonstrated just a few weeks ago!!
