Kraut works for easyJet, and has been on these forums for quite a while now, so perhaps the least you could do is check your facts before posting.
I too work for easyJet. I have joined the company with 1500hrs and a full ATPL, and I can assure you I am at the very least 2 to 3 years to a command, ie, nowhere near for the moment! Perhaps you should think long and hard about what it is to be a captain. For heaven's sake you'll still be getting used to your job after just 2 years! I know I was and even now I learn new things every day I go flying, greatly thanks to the experience level of the guy sitting to my left

My advice: concentrate on becoming a good First Officer and then you'll be ready to be a good Captain.
