Guys, I dont see the problem here. Like someone said earlier, as long as the best qualified pilot gets the job, who cares where he/she comes from? Its called open market and free competition... This is how things work in many (most?) parts of the world already
Where do you come from, Mars ? Do you know what you are talking about ? I have three thousand hours of twin turboprop. Does it mean I can get hired over a local pilot fresh out of flying school for the same job ? Where is this magic land ?
