Sorry heli, BS is a bit strong there. The fact is that only 4 crew in 4 years have been moved over to the HS. In general, the company takes on dct guys with time and ratings. There is talk of it all moving to some training school in the UK to do the sim training. It is a great oppurtunity for the guys but you have to be in the company for at least 5 years before they move you onto it so it is not as fantastic as it sounds.

B200, sorry to say but one of the best cojos I have flown with did a .4 conversion and the worst has done the whole 43 advanced deal???? what diff does it make? if the guy is good he or she is good. like i have said before, it is up to the pilot to know his/her a/c well. being spoon fed on a convex often gets in the way of that.

and yes heli, never once been under paid and never ever been paid late!
