1.5 hrs training and a two year bond

Sounds like a bargain NOT!!!. A P1 rating on an 800A in ORL is $15000, 30+ hours in the sim. When will these clowns learn that 1.5 hrs is not a conversion? This is a 2 crew aeroplane.
