Why are people so unkind to Jet*?
In Fairfax papers (The AGE, SMH) blogs section there's a bunch of whingeing Winnie's complaining they could get through to the website for their $1 around the world air fares.

I particularly enjoyed this comment:

I really like the Jetstar service, it suits me. But, then again, I enjoy using an electric cattle-prod on myself, poking my eyes out with a red-hot poker, and visiting the Nova cinema in Carlton.
