Only point I would differ on is that some expat jobs at the moment are offering salaries and benefits way above Air NZ pay, assuming that you have an in-demand type on your licence. At this rate, I'll be joining Haughtney on the beach in Pauanui while guys my age in Air NZ will have another ten years of trudging off to the office in front of them...
