I'm intrigued here - apart from positioning Geordies closer to the Equator what other advantages are there to considering SFB as an entry point to the US? Allegiant seems to be the only domestic carrier: they don't fly anywhere else in Florida, and they don't even fly to any of the immediately neighbouring states. And they don't fly anywhere which my admittedly ropey geography recognises as a major US hub.
