With the dual runway ops, does this mean you have increased tower staff to 2 tower controllers and 2 GMC positions, or are you still running short staffed. I seem to recall the plan was not to open the 2nd runway until after the staff issue was sorted.
Dependent ops for now with single local controller. 2GMCs at peak periods.
Independent ops starting Oct 1. 2 local controllers, 2 GMCs.
