I don't feel in the least bit sorry for Tim Jeans, he might be bright and very dynamic but he is a one trick pony. His Ryan Air low cost model he is applying to each airline that employs him and look where MyTravel Light are now!
Ignoring the few things Monarch does well to drag us into competition with the super low costs has done nothing but reduce the airlines margins, spread it thinner and unfortunatley make it very comparable how poorely paid and rostered we are in comparison to their pilots.
