Just had another poor experience travelling as a business passenger through Aberdeen. Shambolic. How this airport thinks it is going to cope with any kind of expansion is beyond me. Security staff clueless don't even know their own rules. Aviance as BA's handling agents at the desks an utter joke - some training and a grasp of the English language would be a start followed by a reminder of who the customer is. A miserable experience.
