It will be interesting to see if anyone ever comes up here and says what a nice guy he is.
Well, it's taken the better part of a year, but to be totally honest, even this is far quicker than I expected to see it!

Yes, a lot of the people who left officially stated that it was for career advancement or family reasons, due to the simple fact that if they stated that it was due to the person concerned, they knew that they would be on a hitlist for as long as they remained with BHL.
As for UWOT. If he did cause his own problems, ( I don't know the full story), why wasn't the laid down company procedure followed in removing him from the operation? and why didn't AT have the balls to confront him face to face in the meeting at Redhill. If AT felt his reasons were justified, the least he should have done was to give UWOT a chance to respond personally to any accusations against him.
