Its great. I lost 14 kilos in 8 weeks. My wife lost 12kilos. We did eat fruit thou. For two months we did not eat Pasta, (did you ever see a skinny Italian?), rice, potato,bread,NO dairy foods, MUST take Calcium tablets, MUST take a Mega Vitamin tablet each day. If you cannot live without milk in coffee or tea, only use skim milk. Eat: lots of fish, chicken, Beef, (Cut off fat) eggs, vegetables, NO peas, (don't ask me why) drink water, red wine (good for your heart) white wine, keep the beer to a limit thou. And try to get in at least 40 mins of exercise a day. Swimming, jogging, ETC. You will feel great...
