The best & only way to diet is to burn more calories then you eat. Therefore cut out the crap and buy a ststionary bike use it for 30mins every other morning and the fat will fall off. (empty stomach)
Maybe people do lose weight on the low carb thing , but I think it seems more when they look in the mirror only because the muscle is depleted of (me thinks) glycogen which gives you energy.
Then again it comes down to what suits you best, if your in a very physical job and train I dont think the low carb diet is for you.
