Yes, lights flash. Beepers "beep" etc....most of the time with false warnings, of course.
But fortunately we don't have the "B-movie" radar displays, that go "beep" everytime it hits a target
(And generally the radars rotate clockwise).
Fair question from a female visitor:
"Don't you get tired of following the sweep round and round all day?"
