Not really in the know on the pros and cons of the Q400 from a pilot point of view, but from down the back where the revenue stems from it's terrible. Well, terrible when compared to the the MD's or even 737's that used to serve the route I most frequently travel. It's noisy, the seats are way too narrow and it's slow(ish). The overhead bins is to small to hold my, slightly oversize, carry-on. And because the SAS Travel Book still lists either MD or 737 equipment, I find my self handing over the carry-on when boarding, not at check-en. Oh yeah, and it's remote parked too ...
Guess I have to live with it, but I am not going to like it.
