This one!
Hello Small Dog,
I just 'Which on line' and their best buy is the Philips PET720 at about £130.00
"The Philips PET720 Best Buy is one of the most portable players on test and has good picture quality for movies excellent sound quality with Best Buy headphones and is easy to use. It also has the best battery life of all the players we’ve tested.
One of the most portable players we’ve tested, this small white player is very compact and measures 20x19x5cm and weighs 1.2kg. It has a small 7 inch screen and the battery pack plugs on the back.
The player has good picture quality for movies, the picture is sharp and clear, although a bit grainy. You can see the screen clearly even in bright sunlight. Picture quality is okay for stills too but is a little jittery at the top of the picture. The screen can be adjusted through 180 degrees like most players.
It has two headphone jacks, but no headphones are supplied. We got excellent sound quality by using a pair of Best Buy headphones. Like other players on test, sound from the built in speakers is poor, it is tinny and you can hear noise from the drive at the same time. You adjust the volume using a scroll wheel.
Controls on this player are to the right of the disc drive, they are big buttons which make a good click when you make a selection. It is easy to use and a remote control is supplied. Unfortunately, there is no resume feature, so if you turn the player off mid movie, you lose your place on the disc.
This player has the best battery life of all the players on test at 5 hours 25 minutes. Charging takes 4 hours and 45 minutes, and power consumption is average when connected to the mains. A car adapter is supplied but no attachments are supplied for mounting it in the car.
It is compatible with CD-Audio, CD-R, DVD-Video, VCD, MP3, WMA, JPEG-CD and MPEG 5.1 formats.
Pros: One of the most portable players, Good picture quality for movies, Excellent sound quality possible with Best Buy headphones, Easy to use, Best battery life of all the players on test
Cons: Noisy disc drive, No headphones supplied"
Anymore than that and I am probably pushing the limits of copyright, however they do recommend Sennheiser HD435 or PX100 both at about £35.00 each
Hope this helps.....enjoy!
Cheers
