I was speaking to a young guy from Chartair, probably about 12 months ago, he was telling me how he was flying the 210's and if he wanted to move onto the twins he'd have to pay for his endorsement first.
Does anyone know if this is normal policy? Alternatively they were going to hire someone who already had twin time, keeping this guy in the 210 for a bit longer.
I know the turbine operators have some sought of bonding/payment scheme, but has this practice filtered all the way down to "first twin job in GA" level? Soon you wont be able to hire an office b*tch unless they're prepared to pay for a CASA approved, Canon Photocopier Endorsement
