Plus having spoke to a few friends who are on the line, the integrated lot are a far higher risk and cant be left alone to think for themselves. Spoon feeding stops on the line, you have to think for yourself!
I wish people would only post their direct personal experiences and knowledge here, rather than just dubious opinion often born of wishful thinking. My direct experience as a somewhat struggling modular fATPL, I can categorically say that you can't pigeon hole anybody in this game. As potential airline pilots surely we will be paid to see a situation for what it is, not what we think it should be!!
