I got a very nice and totally ineffective email which simply repeated the FAQ but in a personalised way. Then she suggested I rang the help line. I got the English bit as you suggested.
Unfortunately I did not get a native English speaker. After several say again, what, I can't hear you etc he simply said wait a moment and the line then disconnected.
Well I will uninstall printer, Belkin port and try again.
