I can say that pretty much bugger all has been done to fix the TN base. From external appearances anyway.
Competition now exists on the field there too, and it serves them right if they're driven out (management that is, not the pilots who always have worked
damn hard in that place for little thanks).
ITCZ your sentiments above are pretty much the same as mine.
The experience I got working for that mob in that place was only just worth the stress and aggravation. Somedays I don't think it really was worth it, and there's plenty of others I know who'd agree (I'm talking about people that worked there, not those who passed through from time to time).
