I think I tried that.

I did a reset of the printer server and as advertised the status lamp blinked for 90 sec then came on.

I connected the computer to the print server and switched off the WLAN.

I then set the LAN TCP IP to 192.168.1.100 it pinged OK but the printer was not recognised. I tried other settings but still no joy. Somehow I had originally managed to set the print server but now, whenever I enter either 192.168.2.225 or .1.101 IE merely returns a Google search.

I will knock it on the head for tonight, thanks
