You are so moaning! Use your time more productively to getthe job you want rather than posting on here.
Even those with a TR still have an interview, simulator assessment (and often this assessment is harder given that they have a TR on type), various tests (physco, num, verbal) and so on. I did and I'm rated on a jet!
You don't know how lucky you initially were, now you are beginning to see why people pay for TRs in order to get a foot on the ladder.
(I do not agree with paying for your own TR).
If you are not getting replies there may be many reasons, unless you know 100% for sure it is wrong for you to assume that its because of TR guys.
