Money is split into 3 types for example :
Your training pay is £7500 per annum
and your probation pay is £8500 per annum and once you complete your probation your pay is 10500 . I might be out by £50 on each example but just to give you some idea . And you also get your allowances down route cash in hand $$ .

I have just read this whole thread - thank you for your input and help.
I have an interview in July with ANZ.
In regards to the pay rates above. How long is the training and after graudation does it go up to the £8500 straight away? Also, how long is the probation period? And how much do you get down route in the hand.
What are the crew like? From looking on the web it says they are some of the nicest in the business.
