skokiaan and 50% many thanks for the info. No problem with 4 sector days - was just wondering what to expect when at work. V happy with the roster pattern and Gatwick is my closest airport. Had heard reports of £700-£800 per month flight pay net which I didn't believe so your info makes sense. Also nice to hear there is a good atmosphere there. Looking forward to joining.
