Yup, pretty much spot on with the money there. Flight pay obviously varies with how many sectors flown - quite lean in months with leave but average £400ish. Sorry to hear flybe sucks, you'll enjoy the stability of the fixed pattern, nice new equipment and good morale - even better in the regions apparently.
Overall, if your income suffers slightly after leaving flybe it'll only be for the short term. The rest of the t's & c's more than make up for it.
