Kirkbride Open Day and Fly-In
Kirkbride Airfield in association with Solway Light Aviation will be having an all comers Fly-In and airfield open day on Sunday 22nd July. After last years event it is hoped to attract yet more visiting aircraft this year. If everything goes to plan it is hoped to have the following at the field, Huey helecopter, Jet Provosts, 2 x Antonov AN-2, Several YAKs (hopefully arriving together), Chipmonks x 3, bulldogs plus several cockpit sections and of course whatever turns up on the day.
