With the ever moving goal posts from BIA regarding the bonus I suppose it was only a matter of time before they put a stop to it.
As for the attendance payment,it is a nice incentive to staff that still go into work even when feeling less than best,however I think it should have been offered for the 12 months just gone,as it was for 05/06.
Its another dent for morale of the (ever decreasing) BIA staff today but without the summer offer it would have been worse.
As for working in DH,well at the rate to which BIA are out-sourcing departments,and we all know there are more to follow,there are going to be a lot of people in that building with not a lot to do.
