First of whats wrong with the name eagle that airline has been around longer than 20 years. The interview process is done like that to make it near on impossible to pass. Putting someone into a situation that they are not comfortable with is the best way of seeing what they are made of. Un fair but it works the ones that make it in usually go on into airnz or to cathay pacific because those 1900s don't have auto pilots so they should be quite hndy at flying IF at the end you would hope. Its no a bad airline to get into. Big bonus they pay for ur endorsement.
