I think Eagle is going down hill to fast. They are demanding too much out of these pilots.
Eagle is not what it once was. Didn't matter if you failed the first interview, you got it second time around. Seems some of their managers forgot how they got into Eagle? They failed their first interview with Eagle!!! I don't believe that the interview process is foolproof. They let muppets in, even with advice/evidence of others to the contrary.
They are only flying 1900's for Gods sake not a rocket ship.
The flying around in the 1900's must be costing them dearly. Considering they could be putting them to use on other routes around NZ? This is fantastic logic within Eagle management.
