Agreed Call - you just can't blame staff recently employed at £6.30 an hour for serious management and organisational failings.
However, surely those who perch in the hallowed tower at Diamond House surely MUST take some responsibility for the level of training, management of contract and expectations of the new contract if it fails in standards so early.
Also - I dont recognise the statement by BHX "spokeswoman" that the allegations relate to

The truth is ICTS provide a darn sight more than this at BHX and is there any point pretending otherwise?
