Maybe read it again...it's not bashing Canada as you might think, it's bashing the low pay to start any flying job, which has never improved in 30 years...it's bashing the system. It sucks to start again, no matter what your experience, and it sucks that fellow pilots will skewer their best friend to get ahead by even one seniority number. Count the mergers and count the bodies...can you see an end to it? Stay if you can, but if there aren't any good choices,,,what would you do? Happy and comfy where I am thanks!
