Take home pay is just a percentage of a total package.
Tax if any, accom allow and what it gets, average ot, bonus's, leave allow, Provident fund scheme, kids education, airfrares, medical and dental, transport provided etc etc etc.
If you compare a single guy to married with 4 kids and the company are paying education/medica//dental etc then there is a huge difference as to what the package is worth, although take home might be the same. The single guy might pocket some accom allow and the married guy may have to subsidise as well. Alot of variations.
