G'day Crink, I have tried this forum in search of the same information in the past, only to be bluntly directed to airmech.com which has some very vague, and outdated information posted on it
. If you search my previous posts you will find the employment conditions and pay as I understand it to be as of late last year. I have spent considerable time reading the numerous posts within the "middle east" forum and it paints a relatively clear picture of what life is like within the Emirates group... If tech crew are getting bent over on pay and conditions, you can rest assured that the Engineering boys have already well and truely copped it...
It would be absolutely fantastic for an engineer within the Emirates group to clarify the employment conditions for those of us wondering. However, I think you're barking up the wrong tree mate, as I have my doubts whether Emirates engineering guys access this site. Best of luck and I hope someone proves me wrong...
