Try a Validation
You can ask for a validation of your current licence by the state of registration of the aircraft. There are dispositions on nthe JARs permiting a state to issue a validation of a National licence for up to 12 months, time to get the required hours and pass the required subjects. in some cases you just need to pass the JAR OPS.
If your future employer is realy interested in your services they can request it directly to the appropriate CAA, normaly is treated more seriously and faster than a personal request.
