The talk on the other thread is that GSM will do a SFB from th Winter, if thats the case LS need to act fast. NY a possibility, SFO - doubt it, especially not in a 757.
Can't see as to why a weeky SFB would have any effect on any other US destinations ex NCL. As for LS & NYC, suppose it makes some sense if they can with hindsight see that such services as GSM's LPL-NYC are paying their way. 'IF' LS were to fly UK - NYC, then for my money I'd put LBA-NYC as their launch route. Furthermore S08 is probably a realistic start. From NCL's point there probably is a market for a Loco op to NYC in the summer tourist season several times weekly, but who knows. I feel that a successful product must be regular, depenable (GSM take note) with excellent facilities for business and transit pax. Got to agree that anywhere other than East Coast in a 757 would be unpractical. My question for those in the know, these ETOPS equipped 75's what is the proposed seat config ?
