And as the unsecured loan/bond is only available to people who are on the ctc surely they aren't going to sort it out with you until you are accepted onto that, it would be a waste of both yours and their time if they had to arrange a loan with every person who applied
I don't agree.
I think it would be a very wise thing to pay your local bank a visit and present them with a budget, to see if it's possible to get a loan or not, and if not try, another bank... It will only take 15min to find out whether or not it's possible...
Why go through a screening and building up your hope, just to find out that you can't finance the scheme...
