How can you sort out your loan/finance beforehand?
what bank are going to arrange finance with somone on the basis they may get onto a certain flying scheme?
And as the unsecured loan/bond is only available to people who are on the ctc surely they aren't going to sort it out with you until you are accepted onto that, it would be a waste of both yours and their time if they had to arrange a loan with every person who applied
