You will probably find that because they counted the empty seats this is what caused the error. Its ok if you have say 178 on a 180 seater aircraft.
But in this case it was about 200 on a 233 seater and the crew was allowing them to walk around the aircraft and go to the toilet. Oh sorry and smoke on the tarmac aswell as the toilet - Boeing 757 full of leaking fuel cig ends rolling around the tarmac. It could of been alot more interesting.
