Quite right Whoops - we need everyone on board for this - I would ask all Monarch guys to pass the word around to non BALPA memebers - you could also mention that it's also quite easy to leave BALPA at a later stage -
TJ's recent offer is an insult - and he has badly misjudged the mood of his workforce - his offer would make our lives even worse than they are now - more night flights, less time off and only 4% on pay (nb NOT RPI + 4%) As for the pension, forget it!
