they all agree to the fact that moving on A320 kill your flying skills !!
Therefore, they should be doing what sensible pilots would do - fly it manually as often as possible but with due regard to the weather and their alertness levels. An aircraft may be highly automated but that does not mean that skills should be allowed to wither away. There is no telling when they may be needed. The 320 can be flown just like any other aircraft; the only thing different is the lack of trim changes because the FBW flight control system deals with those.
