Hi there, I fly a 747-200 from Fiji to LA a fair bit, and on that 10 hour sector the flight plan tells us that for every tonne extra of fuel we add over the flight planned fuel, the fuel burn (total over ~10 hours) will be (typically) ~450kgs. So, for the 'average' 80kgs person that's about 40kgs of fuel extra for 10 hours of flight.
