easyjet looks attractive because it is the only one that recruit, and with all kind of levels (cadets, 200hrs, type rated, direct captains, etc), and the posibility to be a captain rapidly.
BUT it is a low cost airline and conditions will never be as good as flag carrier airlines. it is HARD work, and what do easyjet pilots do during their days off ??? THEY SLEEEEEEEEEP, they sleep, and they sleep again !!!
"with easyjet you are always back home every day " , yes but you can be back home (straight to your bed) at 2 am !!
So, nothing to worry about, lots of easyJet pilots will leave their jobs as soon as they can go to better airlines (Virgin, Cathay, BA, Thomson, etc)
