Just completed my 40th return trip with FR. This time PIK - STN. Both flights on time, 70% full going down, 95% full going back. Cabin crew friendly and courteous, aircraft clean, flights smooth and all for £39 return all in. Of the 80 sectors only three have been delayed, the longest of which was 80 minutes.
If you can put up with the rush for seats (and online check in has helped these), the sales pitch on board, and their various strict rules then, certainly short haul, FR are very hard to beat.
As regards ' imminent' this is now a favourite word in business particularly from those who do not want to (and can't) pay invoices - four months and I am still waiting from one organisation. (and its not FR!)
