bok choy recipe
a bunch of baby bok choy - chopped roughly, bacon - diced, a glove of garlic - crushed and a splash of oyster sauce.
cook the bacon and then leave it to the side. chuck in the bok choy and cook for 4-5mins in a wok/frypan, throw in the garlic, bacon and oyster sauce and heat for a further 2 mins.
serve on the side of your favourite chinese dish.
