Hi, I went to the EK roadshow on Friday at Stansted. There were over 50 people attending. Initially I was quite impressed by the 3 hour presentation, but now I have some questions for the EK flyers...
1) How many days leave have you actually taken last year?
2) How many pilots actually had their full entitlement of 42 days?
3) If you are unable to take your full 42 days leave what happens? Do you get extra leave the following year or is it bought off you?
4) How many hours are you working per month?
5) How many days are you acually getting off per month?
6) Does the company allocate any of your leave?
