What's the impact of EASA, ARC and permanent CsofA
I've just woken-up to the changes later this year (late I know, but I drive 'em rather than maintaining them).
AIUI, from September this year, Private and Public cat CofAs will cease to be issued, the CofA will become permanent and there will be an annual ARC (Airwirthiness Review Certificate?). Is this correct? What's the practical impact on owners and pilots of GA aircraft?
