Thanks SO much for posting that info! I've been waiting to hear from somebody who went to the Brisbane MAM recruitment day. I only did my application about 2 weeks ago and had said no to both RSA and First Aid certificate as I haven't got those yet. I'm doing those in the next couple of weeks. According to your post, would this be the main reason I wasn't invited? Or do they look at other things (I'm 19)?
It seems strange they didn't invite the people who looked like they'd fit the role. I wonder what's going on..
I agree a beer gut is not fit and healthy!
Does that mean 10/36 were selected each day? I'm guessing thats 20 in total to interviews and they cut that back maybe by another 10?
With regards to the roleplay with the Qantas FA, were you a passenger?? Don't mean to ask you to give us details, but I didnt realise an FA would be there! I thought you'd have to pretend to be a flight attendant.
