Just to clarify some things. I NGR'D 6 months ago and my pay remained the same, in fact in March I incremented on the spine. It's really sad to me that so many people need to leave with only 3/4 years to go the full pension at 55, sign of the times? I'll miss the RAF but not the total mismanagement at PMA.
Flight Eng training to start next year anyone? (if there are any instructors left to teach that is....)
